    •  Handle end to end process from ordering up to approval of shipping invoices of internationally purchased items.

    Qualifications

    • At least 1 Year(s) of related working experience.
    • Knowledgeable on custom processes and laws.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel using basic formulas/functions such as Pivot Table and V-lookup.

    • At least 1 - 2 years work experience in Timekeeping and knowledgeable on the fundamental cycle of Timekeeping to Payroll. Background with HRIS attendance record system is a plus.
    • Job related experience in Training & Labor Relations is an advantage.
    • With great deal of attention to details and accountable for performing the specified assignment by the deadline.
    • A self starter; can work with minimal supervision.
