Intended Use:

Choose the iQ-Check STEC SerO PCR Detection Kit for individual identification of the STEC Big 6 serotypes (O26, O111, O45, O145, O121, and O103) plus E. coli O157:H7 in a single well. This test can be run in parallel with other iQ-Check Kits.

Kit contains 96 tests, sufficient for processing 32 samples with positive and negative controls in a single run; store at 2?8°C. Same or next day results with foods including raw meats, raw milk, produce, and environmental samples. Use for pathotyping of colonies isolated from E. coli O157:H7 agar plates, such as RAPID'E.coli O157:H7 Agar
