Intended Use:

The iQ-Check E. coli O157:H7 PCR Detection Kit is based on the fast, sensitive, and proven technology of real?time PCR. It is intended for detecting E. coli O157:H7 in food samples such as raw beef and fresh produce.

Due to the sensitivity and specificity of PCR, results can be obtained in as little as 12 hr after enrichment in nonselective medium.
