The Kallestad Hep-2 12-Well Kit uses indirect fluorescent antibody (IFA) procedure for the detection and semi-quantitation of antinuclear antibodies (ANA).

Each kit contains all reagents such as universal conjugate, PBS, mounting medium, one negative controls, one homogeneous positive control, Evans Blue counterstain and blotters which are necessary in perfoming the test.
