Intended Use:

The iQ-Check Listeria spp. PCR Detection Kit is based on the fast, sensitive, and proven technology of real-time PCR. The kit is intended for the detection of Listeria spp. in environmental samples and in food samples such as dairy products and fish. Due to the sensitivity and specificity of PCR, results can be obtained in as little as 24 hr following a single enrichment in a selective medium
