Intended Use:

The iQ-Check Listeria monocytogenes II Kit is based on the fast, sensitive, and proven technology of real-time PCR. It is intended for detecting Listeria monocytogenes in environmental samples and in food samples such as dairy products and fish. Due to the sensitivity and specificity of PCR, results can be obtained in as little as 24 hr after a single enrichment in a selective medium.
